Beach Club:

Costa is aware of the responsibility of completing the Beach Club and the advances in the construction already have begun. In this moment to conclude the beach club represent to Costa a very expensive investment and will also represent the Homeowners a high maintenance infrastructure to think of, that is why attention is been prioritized to other areas more important that the beach club and when the occupancy of built houses of the project is higher the beach club will be finished. However, this do not represent that the beach club will be finished once all the development is occupied by houses or sold, Costa has clearly understood that the project have a completion death line and to this date the beach club must be finished, with the occupancy of houses in the development or not.-

Perimeter fence

Regarding the Perimeter fence of the development, they inform us that the perimeter fence is going to be developed in stages, regarding the occupancy of the project, however, all the perimeter fences that are in front of public streets are fully completed, this aspect will be confirmed by us next week when we have program with Costa Developers a visit to the project to confirm this information and have clear information for you (including pictures) of the advances or missing in the project.-

Telephone and Cable lines

Regarding the Telephone, Cable and Internet services, the situation is a little bit more complicated, due to the low occupancy of the project at the moment, to the ICE (the Telephone Company in Costa Rica) Is not profitable to start wiring the area and the same situation occurs with the Cable companies in the area, however, the solution would be to work with satellite services companies here in Costa Rica that provides Cable and internet services. This situation will be modified in the future, but for now and as explained before due to the low occupancy of the project this situation is out of control of the developer.

Security

Aspects of security are expected to improve with the operation of the administrator, let have in mind that at the moment Nova is acting as administrator “in fact”, so formally to legal terms do not have representation of the Condominium, if a formal administrator is appointed this person or company will have legal representation to hire, improve and manage security companies and certainly give all the homeowners a better response to the security situation of the Condominium

Roads and Main entrance Completion

According to the information given by the in charge engineer of Costa, all the paved streets and the main entrance are fully completed at this moment, we will be given a visit for inspection next week as we stated before.
